Executive coaching

This type of coaching is typically focused on executive positions with a sales dimension. 

It involves:


  • Business coaching focusing on helping executives improve ROI and create learning organizations
  • Help identifying where additional coaching is required within the organization (internal mentoring or external coaching)

Sales coaching

This type of coaching aims to develop sales skills optimization through individual coaching and team coaching.

It involves:


  • Assessing personality profile and support in developing the key personality traits to increase sales performance
  • Focusing on leveraging past and current experiences to optimize performance. Using time between coaching sessions to apply learnings and review in subsequent coaching sessions
  • Support the learning organization approach
  • Sales coaching also combines well with deal coaching
  • I prefer an approach where business leaders/sales leaders as well as sales professionals are coached

Sales training

Sales training is typically focused on specific topics brought to various team sizes in an interactive setup promoting the learning experience..


Sales training can be delivered as smaller stand-alone training sessions or as part of larger training events/workshops.


Sales training works well in combination with sales coaching and deal coaching, hereby addressing individual and team needs.

Deal coaching

Deal coaching focuses on optimization of individual deals and improving win likelihood.


I work with individual sales professionals or sales teams working together on larger deals to provide an outside-in perspective on each deal.


The approach is to use the individual deal coaching to help the sales team think in new ways while leveraging own, team's and my experience.


Competitive analysis, relationship improvement and deal engineering are key components of the deal coaching.


The aim is to create a learning organization approach where the individual sales professionals and sales teams get experience in using the sales toolbox on each deal.

Sales optimization consulting

Sales optimization consulting packages are typically shaped as smaller to mid-sized projects which aim to optimize and structure the sales function.


Optimization consulting utilizes an “onion” approach, where more or all of the following areas of sales will be addressed:


  • Sales strategy
  • Sales planning
  • Sales processes
  • Sales performance
  • Client engagement


The consulting services are delivered in close cooperation with the client sales organization and leadership team and will typically be a part-time engagement over a 2–4-month period.
